Return Policy
If you have ordered an incorrect size or do not wish to keep the item you purchased
we will provide a f
ull refund less shipping charges if item is returned to us within
30 days of invoice date.
Please ship the item back to us with the original invoice.
If your phone number is not
on the invoice please provide it so we can call you
should we need any further
information to complete your refund.
After 30 days up to 60 days you may e
xchange the item. Simply mail the item
back to us noting details of the exchange on the invoice. Again please
provide your phone number so we can contact you for payment on the shipping
charges. We do not keep your credit card number on file.
Please note there is no exchange after 60 days.
Tags must be attached and product in resellable condition for
refund or exchange.
No refund or exchange on sale, discounted, dated, special event
or other marked items.
If we make the error on your item please ship the item back to us, again
with your invoice and phone number, and we will contact you to correct
any errors. If the error is on our part you will not be charged any additional
shipping.
We will also try to email you however if you are expecting an email from us
please check your spam or junk mail folder. Occasionally our email is routed
to such folders.
