LSU Tigers Pewter Alumni License Plate Frame

LSU Tigers Pewter Alumni License Plate Frame.   Note:  This is a metal-ware plate with slight imperfections from processing and handling.   Like fine crystal, or rich pewter, objects made of Pewtarex are individually made.  Each bears subtle surface markings that give it a character uniquely its own.

Each piece is individually cast in a sand mold and finished by hand.  An impression is made in the sand, the impression is filled with molten metal, and the piece is formed.   Every time a complete object is revoved, its sand mold is destroyed in the process.  Consequently, each piece is an original, crearted from its own unique mold.
