How do I place an order by phone

What forms of payment do you accept?
Check out securely using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or your Paypal account. We accept checks thru your Paypal account or through the mail. We also accecpt money orders through the mail.Payment made by check or money order is subject to verification of funds. Shipping on check/money order will be take place after funds have been secured.

Will my order be charged with sales tax?
Sales tax will only be added to your order if you are shipping your order within the State of Louisiana.

What are your shipping costs and which service companies do your use?
We ship exclusively with USPS and Fedex. Shipping costs are determined after shipping information has been entered and is figured on demand.

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Tracking numbers are provided in the final email confirmation sent out when the order has been
completed and we have prepared it to be shipped. Tracking numbers can typically be accessed
after 12-24 hours after the order has been placed with us. You may have to check your spam folder for our emails if your filter is set on high.

When ordering from your shop, will I receive an order confirmation by email.
Yes, you will receive an initial order confirmation email with the details of your order. After your order has been processed and has been completed you will receive another confirmation email with tracking number for your records.

At the present time, we only ship with the continental United States.
